Diocesan Teacher Evaluation Documents

1-4 Years 5+ Years

The two documents above are the evaluation tools provided by my diocese for use in my building. My teachers have recently completed them. I am in the rpocess of rating them from my perspective. We will then schedule meetings to discuss the evaluations and set goals for next year.
