Dispelling Common Misperceptions about SLOs

I like the idea of using SLOs as the optional subcomponent, because I believe that developing Student Learning Objectives promotes good praxis. It is a a valuable process that requires teachers to approach each new class mindfully and look at the big picture and then strategically plan how to get there. I prepared the PowerPoint above to maximize teacher buy in to this process by demonstrating the value of the process that goes far beyond the evaluation application.
